Kaj koža potrebuje po poletju?
Če vas v tem trenutku povprašam po poletju, boste zamahnili češ, ah kje je že to. Če niste med tistimi jesenskimi dopustniki, ki radi počakate, da temperature padejo in se gneča poleže preden se odpravite na letni oddih, ste najverjetneje brezskrbno uživali prav v poletnih mesecih in pridelali koži nekaj težav.
Nanjo vpliva ogromno okoljskih dejavnikov, način nege kože in pomanjkanje le te ter seveda uživanje bolj ali manj primernih jedi in pijač za njeno zdravje.
Kaj se dogaja s kožo poleti in kako jo ponovno uravnovesiti?
Kljub temu, da se sliši nekoliko kontradiktorno, je eden bolj perečih problemov dehidracija kože. Z masažo in nežnimi abrazivi boste odstranili odmrle celice povrhnjice, povečali cirkulacijo krvi ter tako pospešili proces obnove kože.

Ne glede na to, da smo kožo po zgornjem predlogu poletju dobro navlažili, dejavniki, ki povzročajo njeno izsušenost, ne počivajo v nobenem letnem času.
