Koliko izdelkov za nego kože resnično potrebujem poleti?

Ničkolikokrat se na nas obračate z vprašanjem, kaj storiti z negovalno rutino sedaj, ko iz vseh koncev in krajev prihahajo močne in udarne kampanje, kako pomembna je zaščita pred soncem in kaj sedaj, ko je v vsakdan potrebno vključiti še pripravke z SPF zaščito.
Ker verjetno do sedaj že veste, da smo glasnik kar se da naravne kozmetike a vseeno še vedno glas razuma ter strastni zagovorniki dognanj stroke, ki podrobno proučuje našo kožo, bomo skušali podati vodnik skozi poletno nego na način, ki bo razumen, razumljiv in predvsem čim bolj enostaven.

Glede na predvideno izpostavljanje sončnim žarkom (tudi v avtu ter ob krajših migracijah iz točke A na točko B), bi ji svetovali uporabo kakovostne mineralne SPF zaščite s faktorjem 30. Izdelke, ki je efektiven ter sledi smernice naravne kozmetike. V kolikor gre za daljše izpostavljanje soncu, se nanos ponovi po dveh urah. Ker Polona ni izpostavljena sončnim žarkom sicer, je nanašanje SPF naravne kreme ni nepotrebno.
Zvečer:
- odstranitev ličil in SPF-a z mlekom za čiščenje
- uporaba čistilnega gela za čiščenje
- Osvežitev kože s tonikom
- nanos vlažilne kreme in/ali obraznega olja z vitaminom C
Verjetno že vidite, kaj želimo povedati. Seveda je situacija povsem drugačna, če je Polona denimo na junijsko soboto povabljena na poroko. V tem primeru zjutraj uporabi lahek vlažilni serum in/ali vlažilno kremo, na kar nanaša SPF kremo, ki ji v tej kombinaciji ustreza. V kolikor želite zaščito 30, nikoli ne nanesete zadostne količine ličila, ki to zaščito dejansko zagotavlja. Prav iz tega razloga toplo priporočamo, da pod negovalni tekoči puder nanašate SPF faktor 30 takrat (oz. vsaj 30 minut pred), ko ste izpostavljeni UV sevanju, vendar med nanosoma počakate 10 minut, da se SPF zaščita dodobra vpije, tekoči puder pa lepše nanaša.
